Within one working day after you report your work related injury, your employer is required to provide you with a claim form. If your employer does not offer you a claim form, as often is the case, ask for one to be provided to you.  A claim generally starts when you submit a claim form which formally advises your employer that you need treatment, or time off due to a work related injury.  If your employer refused to provide you with a claim form, contact us and we can get the process started for you
